Tell us what you bring to the job—your core install tools and any specialized gear you own or can access (e.g., lasers, heat guns, rivet brushes, ladders/scaffold, suction cups, panel lifts). Include your available work vehicle (cargo van, pickup, box truck, etc.) and whether you can pick up or receive/hold freight when needed.

Availability and Travel

Tell us how quickly we can book you and how far you’ll travel—your typical notice needed, night/weekend availability, willingness to stay overnight, and max travel distance.

Safety and Compliance

Safety comes first. Confirm you’re comfortable working at height (lifts/scaffold), carry required PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety glasses, gloves, boots, harness), and follow site rules. Note any recordable incidents in the past 3 years and confirm consent for background checks/badges when clients require them.

Portfolio & References

Show your work—upload 5–10 recent install photos that highlight finish quality (edges, seams, alignment) and scale, include a link to your portfolio/Instagram, and provide 2–3 professional references with contact info and the projects you completed together.

Rates and Terms

Share your preferred rate structure (hourly, day rate, or flat bid), typical ranges if you’d like, and the payment terms you accept (e.g., Net 15/30, ACH, check). Include any minimum call-out, overtime premiums, and your cancellation/reschedule policy.
